Project Runway Canada's first season winner Evan Biddell presented his collection at 2010 LG Toronto Fashion Week. We covered some of his previous collections and it looks to us like he's maturing right in front of us on the runway. It's got a serious, thoughtful feel to it and a wider range of textiles and silhouettes. It's nice to see a reality show winner not take their win for granted and use these opportunities to grow and expand as a designer and not just as a commodity. Not that this collection is earth-shattering or anything, just that we appreciate the expansion of his range and point of view.
